Steven James Chandler was born September 4, 1966 to his Mother, Ethel Rose Oakes. Steven was born in Los Alamitos, California. Mr. Chandler passed away August 16, 2023.

Steven is survived by his Mother and Stepfather, Rose and Tom Farrar, and by his brother, Jeffery Chandler.

A private ceremony to celebrate the life of Jerry is planned by the family.
