Charles Russell (Rusty) Bruce II, age 66, of Jasper, GA passed away May 3rd, 2023 peacefully in his home.  Rusty was saved and baptized at Free Hope Church when he was 13 years old. He was preceded in death by Charles Russell Bruce I and Elijah Bannister. He was survived by his wife of 42 years, Marty Bruce; mother; Helen Bannister;  children; Christopher (Sandy) Bruce, Michael Smith, Charlie (Hannah) Bruce, and Cari Bruce; grandchildren: Savannah,  Meredith, Aspin, Ashlynn, Ellavee, and Bennett; great grandchildren: Olivia and Elijah; siblings: Joyce (Jeff) Osborne, Deedee Saye, Jackie (Becky) Bannister, Andy (Tracy) Bannister, Lisa Thurmond and Leah Bannister. Several nieces and nephews also survive. 

The family will receive friends from Saturday, May 6th from 11:00am-2:00pm at In Their Honor of Jasper Funerals and Cremations located at 481 Noah Drive Jasper, GA 30143.

Prayer service will take place at 2:00pm.
